Trump Place Is Choking Us <TrumpPlaceIsChokingUs.com> - The epitome of hated landlords, the Ebenezer Scrooge of real estate developers, the Mr. Potter of Potterville, has gone and done it again. Residents of Chatsworth apartment building at 344 West 72nd in Manhattan are being choked off by a Trump development mere inches from their windows, depriving them of air, light, safe fire exits and life itself. The Chatsworth has been occupied by actresses Susan Sarandon and Brenda Vaccaro. Prolific theatrical producer Richard Seader lives there. TV host Conan O'Brien has a penthouse in the building. Mr. Trump has reportedly answered the Chatsworth tenant association with ice cold sarcasm by reportedly saying "Welcome to New York."
